British Hallmark - All of our designs are made with Sterling Silver or Bronze. All Silver items have been tested and certified by the London Assay Office and bear the British Hallmark where required.

Delivery - Although many items are in stock and available to ship within 2 to 3 working days, please be aware that some designs can take up to 2 weeks for production. If you need your order before a specific time please send us an email to confirm the production time before you place your order. All shipments are insured and sent with a signature requirement for delivery. Once an order has been shipped and the tracking details have been emailed to you, we are no longer responsible for the goods shipped. Customers are responsible for the payment of any customs rates that may be applicable within their own country. If your country is not listed as one of our shipping destinations please send us an email and we will consider adding your country to the list.

Returns - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt, providing your name, order number and reason for return and we will advise you of the appropriate returns address. We will accept returns if items are unworn and in their original condition and packaging. All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt, and should be securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping method at your own expense. Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.
